Tenting: Our front lawn may be tented. Capacity: up to 1000 ppl.
Catering: Exclusive catering is handled through A Dream Come True Catering. Catering services include food and beverages, linens, tables and chairs, servers and bartenders. Clients may provide their own liquor. If you wish to use another caterer from our approved list, a fee of 10% of your food and service costs or $500.00 will be applicable (whichever is greater).
Florists: We have a list of several florists with whom we have built relationships with that we would be happy to recommend for your use if desired.
Bride's Room: A bride's room is available for your bride and her attendants for $300.00. The bride's room includes private bathroom facilities, fresh fruit, bottled water and assorted fruit juices.
Entertainment: We would be happy to help you plan the entertainment for your event whether you are looking for a traditional wedding band or disc jockey to a unique entertainment option like a hayride or murder mystery to amuse your rehearsal dinner guests. We can also help provide you with carriages or a stagecoach to make your event as special as it can be. Weddings on horseback are also available at Meadowlark Lodge.
Wedding Coordinators: We work very closely with a number of wedding coordinators which we would happily recommend to ensure the success of your special day. Coordinators are also available though our special event staff if you would like to "one stop shop" your event.
