Scheduling: Event/Meeting booking for the Lodge can be arranged by calling 615-242-6201. Site visits can be arranged upon request. Once your event has been contracted, that date and time will be held for your event exclusively.

Deposits: A deposit of 50% of your rental cost will be required when you book the Lodge. Cancellation of an event within less than 180 days of the event will result in loss of the deposit.

Catering: Exclusive catering is handled through A Dream Come True Catering. Whatever your needs, they will be able to exceed your expectations. If you wish to use another caterer from our approved list, a fee of 10% of your food and service costs or $500.00 will be applicable (whichever is greater).

Parking: Complimentary parking is available for 100 cars on property. Busses can be accommodated. If your event has over 150 guests, valet parking will be required.

Audio Visual: Audiovisual equipment is available for rental through Meadowlark Lodge. If you prefer to provide your own equipment, we will be happy to accommodate you. Meadowlark Lodge is not responsible for any equipment brought onto our property.

Set Up: Once your meeting is booked, we will work with you to design a layout for your event or meeting that fits your needs. If you need time to set up special decorations or materials, just let our planners know, and we will work with you to accommodate those needs.

Onsite Staff: An onsite coordinator will be provided for your event. Additional banquet staff and bartenders are available through A Dream Come True Catering.

Special Services: Your event planner can help you set up whatever type of event or meeting you are looking for. Meeting facilitators, team building events, and wedding coordinators can all be arranged for by our staff.

Activities: Horseback riding, canoeing, fishing, horseshoe pitching, hayrides and hiking, are all available on our property. Entertainment options include bands, disc jockeys, dinner theatre, murder mysteries, casino events, and comedy improv troupes. From caricature artists to line dancing we can provide your guests with an unique event they will never forget.
